'Naruto' speculations

So, according to the new Naruto chapters apparently Rinnegan comes from mixing genetics from whoever the 2 reincarnations of Indra and Ashura are, regardless of their family background (so Madara could have hypothetically obtained the Rinnegan if he'd dissected Sasukek and Naruto, if he'd known they were the new Indra and Ashura. Creepy.)

I was thinking, "what if instead of being based on reincarnations, it was based on genetics?"
Assuming that...

-if Indra and Ashura's reincarnations pop up in Uchihas, Sarutobis and Uzumakis, do those lines all descend from the Sage of the 6paths?
-if so, and considering Pein had the Rinnegan, were his parents Uchiha-Uzumaki, Uchiha-Sarutobi, or Uzumaki-Sarutobi mix?
-Pein was from another village... did his parents elope or run away from Konoha?
-if the Sage of the 6paths was so mega powerful...what mind-blowing stuff did his brother do?
-if the Rabbit lady was the mother of all Shinobi and the Sage's descendants are Sarutobi/Uzumaki/Uchiha, did the Hyuuga descend from Sage's brother?
-is Kishimoto going to launch into another side arc and bring up drama between the Sage and his brother?
-if the Sage and his brother had issues, is the animosity between the Uchiha and the Hyuuga a reflection of that?
-if Sasuke (descendent of the Sage) and Hinata (descendant of the Sage's brother) marry each other, would world peace be restored?
-if Sasuke and Hinata marry each other, would their kids have the ultimate eye power?
-It'd be even grander than the Rinnegan, wouldn't it? They'd be on par with the Rabbit lady, wouldn't they? They'd be practically deities, huh?
-why does all this mystical stuff happen in clans that all happen to live in Konoha?...

Why can't I concentrate on my studies...?
